Michelle Rodriguez is dedicated to the practice of law.  Michelle has been a licensed attorney in Nevada since 1997.  She was the first attorney in the State to receive a certification and recognition by the American Bar Association and State Bar of Nevada as a Child Welfare Law Specialist (CWLS). 

Michelle practices in the rural counties throughout Nevada.  She is passionate about helping people work through the legal system with as little trauma as possible.  Michelle was sitting as the Juvenile and Family Court Master in Elko County from May of 2021 through June of 2025.  She is also the Child Support Hearing Master for White Pine and Lincoln Counties.  Michelle left the bench in Elko County in June to return to the practice of helping people and was blessed to join the firm of Mansfield & Mayo, PLLC in July of 2025.
