Néstor A. Marcial Martínez primarily serves indigent defendants in rural Nevada, mainly in Lyon County. At Mansfield & Mayo Law Firm, PLLC, he provides his experience as a criminal defense attorney and is focused on client centered advocacy. For him, this includes making sure that the office’s clients fully understand the process and have adequate and zealous representation.

Néstor A. Marcial Martínez graduated Summa Cum Laude from Inter-American University of Puerto Rico Law school. After graduating, he stayed in Puerto Rico where he mainly worked in Labor Law until 2022, when he moved to Nevada and started working in Criminal Defense in the Elko County Public Defender’s Office.

Since September 2025, he has continued his work primarily focused on indigent criminal defense in Mansfield & Mayo Law Firm, PLLC. Mr. Marcial is fully bilingual (English and Spanish) and mainly serves the office’s Lyon County clients.
